- All full priced items can be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

- Products on sale or purchased with a discount code cannot be returned.

- Postage costs to return an item back to us are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

- We will not charge postage for items to be returned to you on your first exchange. This will be sent free of charge via express post.

- All clothing items must be returned to us unworn with all swing tags still attached. Please note we will not accept an item that is deemed by us to have been worn, washed or altered. This includes makeup, fake tan or any other marks or stains.

- "Faulty" items will be sent to the manufacturer once received by us for further inspection before a return will be approved and processed.

- Any decor items deemed to have been used will not be accepted.

- We will not accept responsibility for any item or garment that is lost or damaged when being sent back to us.

- Any item/s left for collection in store using the "click and collect" option for longer than 7 days cannot be returned or exchanged once collected. 

 

How to return an item:

- Please email us at amy.abell@hotmail.com with your name, order number and the product you wish to return along with the reason you wish to return the product. We will contact you within the next business day upon receiving your email. Alternatively please contact us via direct message on our facebook page. Or call the store on 08 8897 0249.
